Oracle (2020)

Oracle is an illustration interpreting Pythia, the high priestess of Apollo, whom I studied during my development of Eros & Psyche. Pythia is a reoccurring character in Greek mythology and was a real oracle at Delphi, who thus became one of the most powerful women in the classical world . Intrigued by her story, this illustration aims to picture the Pythia in the midst of a divine possession.
